Job Summary
Oversee daily garage operations by ensuring guest safety, managing vehicle tracking, and maintaining strict appearance and uniform standards for all team members. Develop and maintain a robust revenue control program through regular audits of daily control reports and financial reviews. Handle staffing logistics, including hours and overtime, while submitting VISA expense reports and meeting all corporate deadlines. Resolve difficult customer conflicts and team member disputes with patience and strong leadership. Maintain physical readiness to run quickly throughout the garage, organize cars efficiently, and safely operate manual transmission vehicles while lifting up to 50 lbs. Enforce VPNE policies and background check requirements during every shift.
Required Qualifications
- 5 - 7 years' progressive responsibility in operation in parking, hospitality or a related field
- Proficient in English both verbally and written
- Overly friendly
- Must have a strong work ethic
- Must enforce VPNE policies during every shift
- Ability to safely operate vehicles and pass a driving test on a manual transmission vehicle
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possesses a valid Driver's License in state of residency
- Be able to pass a criminal background check and RMV check when overseeing a valet operation
Desired Qualifications
- BA in Business Administration or related field preferred
