Job Summary
Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on facility machinery, troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems using schematics and technical drawings. Repair equipment, fixtures, conveyors, and other systems as required while lubricating, diagnosing, and operating machinery independently or with team members. Complete daily paperwork documenting parts and material usage, and maintain a clean and safe work area. Work independently and with others to complete repairs timely and safely, adhering to plant safety rules and safe lifting practices.
Required Qualifications
- 2 Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment
- 2 Years – Experience in Position
- Required to lift items up to 50 lbs throughout shift
- Basic knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Mechanical System (CMMS), this includes experience with HMI's, work orders, etc.
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.
- High School Diploma
- N/A
Desired Qualifications
- 4 Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment
- 4 Years – Experience working in Position
- 2 Years – Experience managing people/projects *experience may include a combination of work experience and education
- Associate's Degree in Vocational Training in Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulics, Pneumatics
- Technical School Certification in related field
