PM Mechanic - MX

Develop, perform, and coordinate preventative maintenance for all building, grounds, and utility systems while documenting procedures and analyzing equipment failures. Conduct root cause analysis to identify recurring problems, propose improvements to maintenance protocols, and participate in equipment repairs to ensure optimal condition and product quality. Communicate abnormalities with equipment and processes, implement high safety standards and GMPs, and maintain food safety practices under the SQF System. Requires 2 years of field experience in a manufacturing environment, an associate's degree in engineering, and ability to prioritize tasks based on department goals.
