PM Manager - Environmental Services - Full-Time

Coordinate department day-to-day operations, staff, and resources to ensure hospital standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and appearance are met. Manage outside vendors, including linen services, to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff. Review shift reports and duty lists, delegate responsibilities, and oversee the full hiring process from interviewing to onboarding. Evaluate staff competency through annual performance reviews, mandatory education, and coaching while fostering a culture of professionalism. Develop systems for cost containment and budget management, monitor patient satisfaction scores, and execute leadership rounding on patients and internal customers. Work Monday through Friday with an on-call rotation one weekend per month.
