Job Summary
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care. Complete and document guest and associate work orders while troubleshooting and repairing minor electrical, HVAC, plumbing, pool systems, and furniture. Operate hand tools and power equipment for seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties. Requires minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience, ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally, and certification in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing a plus. Full-time role at Sioux Falls Sheraton with $22/hr compensation.
