Job Summary
Unpack cartons weighing 1kg to 20kg, scan and sort stock by barcode using RF scanners, and assist with closing, labelling, and prepping items for the floor. Operate pallet jacks, box cutters, and strapping machines while performing bulk picking and managing stock locations. Adapt to changing priorities throughout the shift in a fast-paced environment. This fixed-term position runs Monday through Friday from 2:00pm to 10:30pm at $30.28/hr until February 2027 to support peak season operations. Candidates must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand and possess physical fitness for lifting and handling stock.
Required Qualifications
- Are physically fit and comfortable on your feet all day
- Can lift and handle stock with care and accuracy
- Have great attention to detail and strong time management
- Enjoy solving problems and working in a fast-moving environment
- Can communicate clearly and work well both independently and in a team
- To be legally entitled to work in New Zealand
