Job Summary
Prepare and execute high-quality dishes according to club standards and recipes while maintaining kitchen cleanliness during and after service. Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth operations, uphold food safety and sanitation standards, and assist with inventory, prep, and other duties as needed. Adapt to member preferences and special requests with professionalism. This role requires weekend availability and includes a competitive hourly wage plus service charge. Meals are provided during the shift.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of line cook experience in a professional kitchen
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Strong understanding of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety protocols
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Desired Qualifications
