Job Summary
Prep all food according to company specifications, recipes, and quality standards, including portioning, washing, peeling, slicing, and mixing vegetables, fruits, pasta, and other ingredients. Carve and slice meats and cheese, and measure ingredients to make salad dressings, sauces, salads, and hot and cold food items following recipes. Maintain the highest degree of sanitation and cleanliness for work areas, including prep tables, countertops, refrigeration units, floors, walls, and shelving. Display proper food safety techniques in handling and preparation, ensuring compliance with all safety guidelines and emergency procedures. Report any unsafe conditions or accidents immediately. Work on time as indicated on the schedule while wearing a maintained uniform and practicing positive personal hygiene.
