Job Summary
Performs a variety of laundry duties to provide clean linens and terry for our guests, including washing, drying, sorting, folding, and inspecting items for wear and stains. Keeps laundry area clean and organized, maintains stock and inventory, and assists with delivering guest-requested items. May clean public spaces when needed. Delivers courteous, friendly guest service with a +1 Service Attitude to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Supports a positive work environment and growth opportunities through mentorship, cross-training, and development plans. Job is with Drury Hotels and involves joining a 6,100+ team with opportunities across 150 hotels.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to follow verbal directions
- Knowledge of laundry procedures
- Ability to handle chemicals/detergents
- Ability to work without direct supervision
