Job Summary
Clean and set up guest rooms by removing soiled linens, dusting surfaces, and replenishing amenities while maintaining brand standards. Perform public space cleaning and organize storage areas to ensure stock adequacy and maximize cart efficiency. Report maintenance requests, lost items, and safety concerns such as "DO NOT DISTURB" rooms to supervisors promptly. Lock linen closets and trash chutes to ensure security. Assist guests professionally and follow verbal and written instructions. Work primarily indoors with continuous standing, walking, and lifting, reporting all unusual matters immediately.
Required Qualifications
- Must have the ability to provide professional and courteous guest service
- Must have good time management skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Must have good organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Must have the ability to understand and follow verbal/written instructions and communicate both verbally and in writing
- Must be able to work weekends or evenings
- Must be able to lift, carry, bend, and reach throughout an entire shift
- Must be able to work in a temperature-controlled environment
- Must be able to handle hazards including slipping, tripping, exposure to blood borne pathogens, and standard cleaning chemicals
