Job Summary
Conduct evening and overnight housekeeping duties, including deep cleaning public areas, setting up lobby functions, and delivering service items to guest rooms. Provide turndown service, clean and refresh assigned rooms, restock supplies, and remove trash and dirty linen. Maintain hallways and public areas, report maintenance repairs, and handle lost-and-found items. Work Friday and Saturday shifts from 3pm to 11pm.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Must work well in stressful high pressure situations
- Must be effective at listening to understanding and clarifying the concerns and issues raised by co-workers and guests
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred
