Job Summary
House Attendant (Overnight) at Dollywood's DreamMore Resort & Spa, responsible for distributing clean linens to closets, delivering linens from the laundry to floors, cleaning guest corridors and public areas, restocking supplies, and assisting Room Attendants while upholding Dollywood’s Lead with Love values. Duties include shampooing/extracting carpets, maintaining linen closets, transporting trash, delivering guest-requested items, and supporting housekeeping operations. Must be capable of working nights, be detail-driven, courteous with guests, and able to operate floor machinery when needed; strong communication, teamwork, and flexibility are essential. The role requires adherence to safety and confidentiality, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check and drug screen
- Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs and handle physical tasks as described
