Job Summary
Clean and maintain public areas, including buffing floors, shampooing carpets and furniture, and ensuring restroom maintenance. Deliver service items to guest rooms upon request, handle luggage assistance, and manage lost and found items per Aimbridge Hospitality standards. Operate the shuttle van when needed and remove room service trash from hallways. Complete daily assignment checklists, turn in keys and sheets at shift end, and comply with all safety regulations. Submit to supervisor after finishing assigned tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver license for the applicable State and an acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving record (property specific-driving))
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Must work well in stressful high pressure situations
- Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred
