Job Summary
Greet arriving guests, guide them appropriately, and valet vehicles when necessary. Assist with luggage during check-in and check-out, schedule taxicabs, and answer inquiries about hotel information, directions, and local recommendations. Deliver guest laundry and packages. Maintain a flexible schedule for the 3pm to 11pm shift, including weekends and holidays as needed. This role supports the Dallas Marriott Las Colinas's commitment to personalized guest service.
