Job Summary
PM Gala Restaurant Server duties include taking and delivering food and beverage orders to guest tables in a Hilton hotel restaurant, collecting payments, maintaining restaurant area and equipment, ensuring safety and quality per hotel, Shaner, and franchise specifications, and communicating with the General Manager, department managers, supervisors, and staff. Requires experience serving the public, high school education (some college preferred), ServSafe/food safety training, TIPS, and bilingual English/Spanish a plus; shifts include weekends/holidays with flexible scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum one year of experience in a similar position dealing with the public
- Minimum state age requirement to serve alcoholic beverages
- High school graduate or equivalent, some college preferred
- ServSafe and/or food safety training
- Alcohol awareness training (such as TIPS)
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
- Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele
