Job Summary
PM Front Desk/Reservations Manager for Mt. Olympus in Wisconsin Dells. Oversees front desk and reservations teams, ensures awareness of availability/occupancy, responds to guest requests with prompt, courteous service, manages reservation/departments systems, and maintains department QA for rates, deposits, descriptions, activities, and reservations letters. Schedule is 2nd shift (3:00-11:00 pm or 4:00 pm-12:00 am). Requires prior supervisory/management experience and front desk or contact center background, strong communication, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Docs, multitasking ability, professional appearance, reliability, and weekend/holiday availability. Required Qualifications
- Previous supervisory/management experience
- Previous Contact Center or Front Desk Experience
- A professional attitude is required at all times
- Open to work in a high paced environment
- Exceptional oral and written communication
- Must be able to handle customer complaints and concerns
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Office and Google Docs
- Able to multitask
- Must be able to maintain and present a professional appearance at all times
- Must possess excellent time management skills and be on time for work
- Must be a team player and able to provide superior customer service
- Must have reliable transportation and able to work weekends and Holidays
