Job Summary

The Cook is responsible for preparing meals in accordance with brand standards and recipes for the hotel restaurant, while maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in the kitchen and work areas. Duties include meal preparation, adherence to food safety certification requirements, maintaining organization and cleanliness, timely station preparation before opening shifts, safe operation of safety equipment, proper storage and rotation of food items, and performing other duties as assigned. The role emphasizes guest-facing service through friendly, name-usage hospitality, teamwork, consistent product quality, and adherence to standards to ensure prompt, quality service for guests. Flexible scheduling including days, nights, holidays, and weekends based on hotel demands; punctual clock-in/out and reliable attendance are required.

Required Qualifications

  • Work Experience: Previous culinary experience in hospitality or restaurant kitchen setting preferred.
