Job Summary
Prepare meals in accordance with brand standards and guidelines, following standardized recipes. Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper organization of all kitchen areas per State Board of Health regulations. Complete necessary food and station preparations prior to opening to serve guests promptly. Know the location and operation of safety equipment; assist in storage and rotation of food items; minimize waste while maximizing cost/production ratio. Maintain high-quality food service and hospitality to guests; demonstrate strong communication and reading skills; comfortable with basic computer use; 18+ years old; willingness to learn and perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Must be able to obtain Food Handlers Certification
- Must work well in high demand situations
- Must have strong communication skills
- Must be able to read
- Be proficient in general computer knowledge
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must have a desire to serve all guests
- Must be 18 years of age or older to perform this job
