PM Cook: Full-Time Only

PM Cook position requiring open availability to work PM shifts through closing on weekdays and weekends; performs cooking duties to brand standards, adheres to SOPs and safety protocols, documents food container rotations, and maintains clean uniform and on-time attendance. Responsibilities include preparing food of consistent quality from recipe cards, accommodating guest requests and special needs, proactive management of ordering and pars, and equipment upkeep to minimize service obstacles.
