Job Summary
Senior Project Manager for Commercial Interiors overseeing full lifecycle interior renovation projects in Manhattan; lead multiple projects from preconstruction through closeout, manage budgets/schedules/scopes on $1M–$25M projects, mentor Assistant Project Managers, coordinate RFIs/submittals/change orders/pay apps via Procore, and serve as main point of contact for owners/architects/landlords while ensuring NYC DOB compliance and coordination with site superintendents. Requires 8+ years in NYC commercial interior/tenant improvement projects, Procore proficiency, strong communication, and a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent). Bonus familiarity with AIA G702/G703, Bluebeam Revu, NYC DOB/ACP processes, and bilingual skills.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of project management experience at a commercial GC or CM in the NYC metro area
- Demonstrated history managing commercial interior / fit-out / tenant improvement projects in the $1M–$25M range
- Procore proficiency is required
- Experience leading and developing junior project staff
- Bachelor's degree preferred (CM, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related); equivalent experience considered
