Job Summary
Oversee daily plywood shift operations, managing a team of production staff while ensuring adherence to total quality management standards. Monitor the wood products manufacturing process, troubleshoot operational issues, and facilitate change and growth within the manufacturing environment. Lead problem-solving efforts and maintain effective communication across all levels to drive team building and organizational efficiency. Requires two to four years of manufacturing experience, proven leadership skills, and strong computer proficiency. Full-time shift work with on-call rotation available.
Required Qualifications

- Two to four years previous experience in a manufacturing environment
