Job Summary
Oversee 8,000 sq. ft. warehouse operations for plumbing, sewer, and excavation materials; manage inventory control, receiving, storage, labeling, and workflow; ensure safety, proper material handling, and timely replenishment; lead warehouse staff including a Warehouse Clerk; implement process improvements and coordinate with operations, dispatch, purchasing, and field supervisors; utilize ServiceTitan/PLY for inventory tracking; require capability to lift 100+ lbs and maintain accuracy in documentation and audits.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing a warehouse or inventory operation (construction, plumbing, sewer, or excavation industry preferred)
- Experience using inventory management software (ServiceTitan / PLY preferred)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lead and manage staff effectively
- Proactive problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset
