Job Summary

Complete service documentation accurately and communicate professionally with customers regarding plumbing concerns. Adhere to applicable codes, safety procedures, and manufacturer specifications while maintaining high-quality workmanship. This role involves working in the Houston, TX area with established home service companies, requiring 2+ years of experience and valid licensing where applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional plumbing service, maintenance, installation, or repair experience
- Working knowledge of residential plumbing systems, piping, fixtures, drains, water lines, water heaters, and related components
- Strong plumbing troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to safely use plumbing tools and related service equipment
- Understanding of residential plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair practices
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to perform the physical duties associated with plumbing field service work
- Valid driver's license
- Texas plumbing license or registration
