Job Summary
Install, maintain, and repair commercial plumbing systems at Hard Rock Stadium. Interpret and apply mechanical and structural blueprints to plan plumbing repairs and modifications. Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner. Keep accurate records of work completed, materials used, and time spent. Inspect jobs upon completion and ensure areas are clean. Respond to emergency calls as needed. Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. Must work on-site at the stadium in Miami Gardens, FL; requires strong mechanical aptitude, knowledge of plumbing codes, and the ability to work in confined spaces and extreme temperatures. Customer service and communication skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Completion of a Plumbing training program or apprenticeship.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in plumbing maintenance and repair.
