Job Summary
Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and replace residential plumbing systems and fixtures while maintaining compliance with local codes and company standards. Educate homeowners on system conditions and present Good, Better, Best repair and replacement options to empower informed decisions. Identify opportunities for upgrades, water quality solutions, and preventative maintenance, then complete accurate estimates and documentation using mobile technology. Maintain a clean vehicle and professional appearance, consistently achieving individual performance, customer satisfaction, and sales goals. Participate in ongoing technical and sales training to improve skills and income potential.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of residential plumbing service experience
- strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Proven ability to educate homeowners and present Good, Better, Best repair and replacement options
- Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to identify additional service opportunities while maintaining a customer-first approach
- Knowledge of local plumbing and mechanical codes
- Valid driver's license
