Job Summary
Diagnose, repair, and install residential and light commercial plumbing systems, including service and replacement of fixtures, water lines, gas lines, and purification systems. Troubleshoot concealed plumbing problems, perform drain-cleaning services, and safely use ladders to access roofs and overhead areas. Provide accurate written estimates, research and track parts, and deliver excellent customer service while meeting performance goals. Work overtime as needed and perform other assigned duties. Valid driver's license, 2+ years of experience, and ability to work extended hours, nights, or weekends required.
Required Qualifications
- GED or High School Diploma
- 2+ years of experience in the plumbing industry
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Strong customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally
- Ability to work in a fast paced and results driven environment
- Ability to work under stressful conditions
- Ability to work extended hours, nights or weekends
- Ability to stand, walk, and climb ladders and stairs
- Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl
