Job Summary
Diagnose, repair, and install residential and light commercial plumbing systems, including water heaters, fixtures, drains, piping, and equipment. Perform service calls efficiently while troubleshooting issues, explaining repair options to customers, and completing inspections for preventative maintenance. Accurately document all work performed using company software and maintain a clean, organized, fully stocked service vehicle. Follow all safety procedures and local plumbing codes while working independently to manage daily schedules. Requires a valid driver's license, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to lift 50+ pounds in various conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of plumbing service experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
