Job Summary
Supervise and direct plumbers, helpers, and crew leads on residential new construction projects from rough-in through final completion. Coordinate daily work assignments, job schedules, and manpower while reviewing blueprints and specifications to ensure installations meet codes and company standards. Conduct jobsite inspections to monitor quality, safety, and productivity, then resolve issues, delays, or material shortages promptly. Coach employees, manage attendance and performance, and verify completed work to address corrections and punch-list items. Coordinate with builders, superintendents, and warehouse personnel to ensure crews have necessary resources and equipment. Maintain accurate operational documentation, report safety incidents, and enforce company policies and safety procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Previous plumbing experience
- Valid driver's license
- Acceptable driving record

- Residential new construction plumbing experience
- Previous supervisory, crew lead, foreman, or field leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of plumbing installation practices, materials, tools, and applicable codes
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, specifications, and job-related documentation
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple crews, jobs, and priorities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable, organized, and able to work independently
- Ability to use mobile devices, email, and company software or applications as required
- Ability to regularly visit active construction sites
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, kneel, and work in construction environments
- Ability to lift and carry plumbing materials, tools, and equipment as necessary
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather and jobsite conditions
