Job Summary
Manage and supervise field plumbing crews, including journeymen, apprentices, and subcontractors, while coordinating with project managers and general contractors to ensure efficient workflow. Plan and sequence work according to project schedules, interpret blueprints, and conduct job site inspections for quality control and safety. Maintain accurate field documentation, oversee material deliveries, and resolve RFIs and unforeseen conflicts swiftly. Enforce OSHA and company safety standards at all times. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7–10 years of plumbing experience in commercial mechanical construction
- Prior supervisory or foreman experience
- Strong knowledge of commercial piping systems and plumbing codes
- Ability to read and interpret complex construction drawings and documents
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and field management software (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid, or equivalent)
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber License (state-specific)
