Job Summary
The Plumbing Superintendent at Power Design is a leadership role responsible for directing the project team to ensure timely and quality completion of multimillion dollar construction projects. Key responsibilities include managing and training field project team members, planning production, coordinating with trades and general contractors, and ensuring compliance with quality and mechanical code standards. Preferred qualifications include OSHA 30 certification and significant supervisory experience, along with an active Mechanical (HVAC) or Plumbing license.
Required Qualifications
- At least 10 years of experience managing crews
- Active Mechanical (HVAC) or Plumbing license
- Proficient knowledge of the National Building Code
- Knowledge of local codes and construction safety requirements
- Basic computer and writing skills
- Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English
Desired Qualifications
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
