Job Summary
Lead, mentor, and supervise plumbing foremen, field personnel, and subcontractors while conducting employee training, coaching, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions as needed. Plan and coordinate all plumbing installation activities from project start through completion, reviewing drawings, specifications, schedules, and budgets to assign manpower and resources that maximize productivity. Conduct inspections throughout all phases of construction to ensure work complies with project specifications, company standards, and applicable building codes, while promoting and enforcing a strong safety culture through regular jobsite safety inspections and meetings. Assist in managing project profitability and labor productivity by evaluating and implementing change orders and coordinating material procurement and supply management.

- Ability to coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
- Ability to monitor project progress and adjust resources as necessary to maintain schedules
- Ability to identify and resolve field conflicts, design issues, and construction challenges
- Ability to conduct inspections throughout all phases of construction
- Knowledge of applicable building codes
- Ability to maintain high levels of workmanship and customer satisfaction
- Ability to promote and enforce a strong safety culture on every jobsite
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations
- Ability to conduct regular jobsite safety inspections and meetings
- Ability to assist in managing project profitability and labor productivity
