Job Summary
Plumbing Superintendent I role focusing on managing first-time quality and code compliance on RTMC projects, overseeing field crews, coordinating manpower, logistics, equipment, and safety, and ensuring adherence to RTMC Quality Standards. Responsibilities include performing daily verifications of install per design and inspections, creating punch lists, tracking rework, producing daily logs, managing material logistics and job-site inventory, communicating with builders and customers, leading meetings and workforce development, and maintaining schedules and budgets. Requires OSHA 10, strong leadership, knowledge of IBC/IRC/IPC, and proficiency in MS Office; on-site, Monday–Friday, Plain City, OH.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years MEP specific work experience OR 5 years construction experience
- Completed OSHA 10
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- Competent in IBC, IRC and IPC
- Knowledgeable in jobsite record keeping and communication methods such as Quality Inspections, toolbox talks, VPO/EPO process and Morning Huddles
- Proficient in MS Office programs
- Aptitude for prioritizing and coordinating tasks
- Independent and proactive problem-solving and critical thinking
- Disposition for accuracy, attention to detail, and organization
- Ability to accurately and efficiently enter data
