Job Summary
Install, maintain, and repair residential plumbing systems, including toilet, faucet, and water heater replacements, while performing soldering and common repairs. Inspect systems for safety, functionality, and code compliance, then diagnose issues to implement effective solutions. Communicate with customers to explain problems and prepare accurate cost estimates for recommended services. Utilize Service Titan software for tracking repairs and documentation, and perform routine maintenance on pipes and fixtures. Ensure all work adheres to local codes and safety regulations while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3+ years of experience as a plumber or similar role, with a focus on residential plumbing
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
- Strong attention to detail

Desired Qualifications
- Plumbing certification or equivalent field experience from a technical/trade school preferred
