Cut, thread, assemble, and install pipes; connect valves; caulk joints; and test finished jobs by allowing water to flow correctly. Perform thorough plumbing inspections using Health & Safety Checklists, communicate findings in written option sheets, and prepare detailed reports with pictures to discuss repair options and costs with customers. Collect, record, and deliver fees to office administration while ensuring accurate True Transparency pricing. Maintain a positive customer experience by completing calls correctly the first time to avoid refunds and recalls. A valid driver's license and high school diploma required; year-round work with no layoffs.
