Job Summary
Diagnose plumbing issues quickly and thoroughly, then explain features and benefits of repair or replacement options to homeowners while obtaining agreement before performing work. Install and repair water heaters, faucets, toilets, tubs, sinks, garbage disposals, gas lines, and piping systems using DWV, copper, PEX, and other materials. Maintain clean, code-compliant workmanship and use field management software to build estimates and document services. Transport materials and tools to job sites, maintain the company vehicle, and stock the service truck with adequate parts. Requires 3-5 years of residential service plumbing experience, a valid driver's license, and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of residential service plumbing experience (not just new construction or commercial)
- Strong communication skills—you're comfortable talking to homeowners
- Confidence presenting options (not high-pressure sales—just service-based clarity)
- Ability to follow systems, processes, and checklists (we'll train you on ours)
- Ability to lift equipment and work in tight areas
- A customer-first mindset and team-player attitude
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
Desired Qualifications
- A High School diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred. Related experience and/or advanced training or any equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted
