Job Summary
Diagnose and repair plumbing issues in homes, perform routine maintenance, and present clear repair and replacement options to homeowners. Communicate solutions and pricing with customers, then complete paperwork, debrief, and invoice in ServiceTitan to collect payments. Attend weekly training meetings with the team. Requires standing, walking, bending, and kneeling for long periods, lifting 50+ lbs, and using hand/power tools in various weather conditions. Valid driver's license required. Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations
- Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and install residential plumbing systems
- Ability to diagnose issues and present clear repair/replacement options to homeowners
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
- Valid driver's license
- Standing, walking, bending, and kneeling for long periods of time
- Pushing and pulling
- Lifting 50+ lbs
- Using hand/power tools and protective equipment
- Working indoors/outdoors in various weather conditions
- Exposure to confined spaces such as a crawl space for extended periods of time and job site hazards
