Job Summary
Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, drains, and related components. Install new plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment as required. Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues with water pressure, leaks, clogs, and flow efficiency. Provide accurate estimates and explain recommended repairs or replacements to customers. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards. Complete service tickets, reports, and documentation accurately and promptly. Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in clean and safe working conditions. Deliver professional, courteous, and timely service to all customers. Participate in ongoing training to stay current with plumbing technologies and best practices. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and technical trade school
- Valid plumbing license or certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential or commercial plumbing service
- Strong troubleshooting, mechanical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in various environments
