Plumbing Service Technician

Residential Plumbing Service Technician responsibilities include performing maintenance and service tasks for residential plumbing clients, working one-on-one with clients to present options that fit their needs and budget, and applying craftsmanship across a variety of residential plumbing systems. The role emphasizes working independently and as part of a team, traveling to customer locations as needed, strong verbal and written communication, and ongoing training with opportunities for advancement. Compensation ranges from $25-$60 per hour depending on experience, with commissions and benefits such as medical, life & disability insurance, vision/dental options, paid training, holidays, PTO after 90 days, birthday off, wellness days, and a financial wellness program. A valid driver’s license and the ability to pass a background check are required. On-site remote option indicates field/service work at customer locations. Education aligned to High School or equivalent; experience and skilled trade knowledge are valued for growth within the role.
