Perform service, repair, replacement, and installation of commercial plumbing systems, grease traps, and drainage equipment. Execute scheduled preventative maintenance, complete required documentation, and respond to tenant service requests including restroom repairs and sewer line maintenance. Handle emergency service calls and after-hours support while maintaining safety standards and communicating job status with management. Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicles in a clean, professional condition. This San Francisco Bay Area local union position requires a Journeyman Plumber with three years of experience and certification, earning $80 to $90 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or plumbing apprenticeship
- 3+ years of Journeyman-level experience in commercial or industrial plumbing environments
- This is a San Francisco Bay Area Local Union position
- Journeyman Plumber certification
- Proven knowledge of applicable plumbing codes, regulations, and ordinances
- Ability to read, interpret, and work from blueprints, plans, and drawings
- Valid driver's license
- Must meet company MVR requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Backflow Prevention Certification or ability to obtain within 6 months
