Job Summary
Perform commercial/industrial plumbing work including installations, alterations, additions and/or repairs of plumbing systems and equipment; read blueprints, diagrams, and schematics; diagnose and resolve problems; maintain records and equipment; comply with state plumbing codes; may work inside or outside on a heavy construction site, often requiring overtime, weekends, and night shifts; must have a Journeyman plumbing license and strong knowledge of plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installation techniques; physical aptitude to lift and maneuver materials and operate tools; capable of working safely in varied environments and communicating effectively with team and customers.
Required Qualifications
- Journeyman plumbing license
- Knowledge of plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installation techniques
- Knowledge of plumbing codes
- Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, schematics
- Ability to use hand and power tools
- Effective written and oral communication skills
