Job Summary
Diagnose plumbing issues quickly and thoroughly while explaining features and benefits of solutions to homeowners. Install and repair water heaters, faucets, toilets, tubs, sinks, garbage disposals, gas lines, and piping systems using code-compliant workmanship. Maintain and fuel your company vehicle, stock the service truck with adequate parts, and transport tools to job sites. Use field management software to build estimates and document work, ensuring clear communication and professional conduct in every home. Requires at least four years of residential service plumbing experience, a valid driver's license, and willingness to work evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- At least 4 years of residential service plumbing experience (not just new construction or commercial)
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
- Willingness and ability to work evenings and weekends
- Ability to lift equipment and work in tight areas
- Ability to follow systems, processes, and checklists
Desired Qualifications
- A High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Related experience and/or advanced training or any equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong communications/interpersonal skills
