Job Summary
Strategic Development Program Trainee in Bracebridge, ON designed to immerse a motivated entrant in the full spectrum of EMCO’s business operations—warehouse logistics, operations, inside sales, project management, and account development—with a structured 5-phase training path to prepare for leadership roles. The program emphasizes hands-on experience across product knowledge, customer service, sales support, order management, inventory/pricing, credit management, contract negotiations, and growing sales within a territory. Key duties include learning product lines, coordinating and managing larger projects with customers, building relationships with clients and vendors, and developing career-path opportunities. Required qualities include a Class G Driver's License, excellent customer service and organizational skills, strong work ethic and integrity, ability to work independently and in a team, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Salary range is CAD 40,000 to 50,000 plus Profit Share, with emphasis on mentorship, training, and growth within a stable, values-driven organization.
