Plumbing Sales Consultant/ Estimator

Job Summary
Generate new business through referrals, networking, and follow-up on leads while building relationships with homeowners, property managers, and contractors to drive repeat work. Perform on-site evaluations of residential and light commercial projects, preparing detailed estimates covering labor, materials, and permits. Present options to customers, coordinate with service managers to confirm job scope, and track win/loss results to adjust pricing. Serve as the primary point of contact from first visit through job completion, resolving concerns and documenting all interactions in the CRM. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline to consistently meet monthly and quarterly targets. Requires 3+ years of plumbing industry experience, a valid driver's license, and ability to travel locally in varying weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of plumbing industry experience (field, service, or sales)
- working knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and installation practices
- Ability to accurately scope and price plumbing jobs
- ability to read plans when needed

- Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills

- Proven success in sales, estimating, or customer-facing roles — in-home or trade sales experience
- Plumbing license or journeyman card
