Job Summary
Lead plumbing sales and operations in a growing service organization. Drive revenue growth through in-home and onsite sales presentations, mentor and manage service technicians, and oversee daily operations (payroll, deposits, scheduling, dispatch). Leverage ServiceTitan CRM and field-service software to track KPIs such as average ticket, conversion rates, revenue per technician, and customer satisfaction while maintaining high standards for quality workmanship and safety. Develop strategies to grow both plumbing service and installation revenue, train technicians in ethical selling and customer communication, and build long-term relationships with residential and commercial customers. Foster a growth-minded team culture and identify opportunities for operational improvement and profitability.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in the plumbing or home services industry
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Experience leading or managing service technicians
- Ability to conduct in-home sales presentations
- Experience with CRM systems (ServiceTitan preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Financial awareness including payroll and deposits

- Master Plumber license (or equivalent experience)
