Job Summary
Serve as the company's Licensed Plumbing Qualifier, maintaining your Missouri Master Plumber License in good standing and ensuring compliance with all state and local regulations. Review complex installations, repairs, and code compliance issues while providing technical guidance and support to plumbing technicians. Mentor staff to establish quality workmanship standards and assist with operational procedures, safety initiatives, and training. Partner with leadership to build a successful residential plumbing division. This role offers a long-term opportunity to launch and grow a business from the ground up in St. Louis County.
Required Qualifications
- Current Missouri Master Plumber License
- Eligible to serve as the company's Plumbing Qualifier
- Strong knowledge of Missouri plumbing codes
