Job Summary
Prepare competitive bids, estimates, and project proposals by reviewing plans, specifications, and performing quantity takeoffs. Manage plumbing projects from award through closeout while coordinating schedules, manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors. Monitor budgets, job costs, forecasting, and project profitability to ensure completion safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget. Collaborate with clients, general contractors, architects, engineers, vendors, and field teams to handle RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation. Requires 2+ years of plumbing project management and estimating experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of Plumbing Project Management experience
- Proven experience estimating and bidding plumbing projects
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and construction practices
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Experience with budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, and job costing
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license
