Job Summary
Lead and manage commercial plumbing and gas construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, including estimating, competitive bidding, and securing work. Serve as liaison between clients, design teams, subcontractors, and field crews; oversee procurement, change orders, scheduling, budgets, and timelines; ensure compliance with codes, safety standards, and quality requirements. Develop take-offs, cost estimates, and bid submissions for plan & spec and design-build projects; build relationships with clients, general contractors, architects, and engineers; participate in interviews, presentations, and negotiations; collaborate with the Construction Division Manager on sales strategy and target projects. Proficient with Procore, QuoteSoft, MS Project, and Excel. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred; Journeyman or Master Plumber License preferred; 5+ years in plumbing/gas construction with project management and estimating responsibilities. Office-based with regular travel to construction sites; Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–3:30 PM; occasional after-hours.
