Job Summary
Prepare competitive bids, estimates, and project proposals by reviewing plans, specifications, and performing quantity takeoffs. Manage plumbing projects from award through closeout while coordinating schedules, manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors. Monitor budgets, job costs, forecasting, and project profitability, and handle RFIs, submittals, change orders, and purchase orders. Collaborate with clients, general contractors, architects, engineers, vendors, and field teams to ensure projects complete safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget. Requires 2+ years of plumbing project management experience and a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of Plumbing Project Management experience
- Proven experience estimating and bidding plumbing projects
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and construction practices
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Experience with budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, and job costing
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license
