Job Summary
Oversee and coordinate all aspects of plumbing projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and to the highest quality standards. Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations while reviewing blueprints, specifications, and building codes. Supervise plumbing crews, subcontractors, and vendors through regular site inspections and performance monitoring to maintain safety and code compliance. Monitor expenses, approve purchase orders, and serve as the primary client contact to provide progress updates and address concerns. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of experience, and a valid plumbing license. Competitive salary $90k-$120k with health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k) match.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in plumbing or construction project management
- Comprehensive knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and local building codes
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Valid plumbing license or certification
- OSHA or equivalent safety certification
