Job Summary
Plumbing Project Engineer to lead and support plumbing system design from concept through construction administration. Responsibilities include performing domestic water, sanitary/waste, and storm drainage calculations and pipe sizing; developing coordinated construction documents using Revit; collaborating with architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams; working on healthcare, industrial, higher education, aviation, and commercial facility projects; coordinating plumbing layouts, equipment selections, and code compliance requirements. CPD certification is preferred, but strong relevant experience will be considered. PE license is not required. 4-8+ years of plumbing design experience in an MEP or building systems environment is sought. Position located in the Cleveland, OH area with relocation consideration for strong long-term candidates.
Required Qualifications
- 4-8+ years of plumbing design experience in an MEP or building systems environment
- Revit experience
- CPD (Certified Plumbing Designer) preferred
- Strong plumbing design and coordination skills
- Experience with domestic water, sanitary/waste, and storm drainage calculations and pipe sizing
- Ability to develop construction documents
- Ability to coordinate with architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams
